Rating is based on the appearance and it doesn't rate the inside and it's services. The location is also ideal as it is in the heart of the city.

Good location. Nice and clean. Good food. Had some item on the menu that were fantastic and some other that were just average. Room was bright. I liked the place. Would have put 4 stars if this was in the USA, but 5 since this is the Philippines, and lots of hotels are not in such good shape.

Good wifi nice rooms

Not so clean and doesn't provide complete toiletries .

Not just that this hotel is awful. On top of that they lie on their reply in my booking com review that i havent't been there. They double charged me, so beside their lying review you can also see that they charged my card therefore i have been in this hotel
