I have never in my entire 29 years of existence left a negative review and I have travelled all over the world. We booked this hotel room based on the pictures and size of the room because we had to quarantine to follow protocol from arriving internationally. We arrived and after we paid the front desk receptionist said “by the way, there is no hot water.”
Strike 1. We decided we would just use the hotel kettle in our room and make hot water for a bucket bath and that we could manage. We arrive up to our room (a 2 bedroom suite) that cost us $1,000+ for a 5 night stay and the door was open as were all of the other rooms on that floor. The second we walked in we were met with a musty old smell. There were dirt piles in the corners of every room and our feet turned black after walking around for only an hour inside. Multiple cockroaches, no shower curtains, the bathtubs were dirty, they didn’t provide us any drinking water (we weren’t allowed to leave our rooms because of the strict quarantine protocols.) 3 TVs in the room and none of them worked, and one of the worst of all, NO WIFI! We called down to the desk multiple times to complain and no one would answer our calls. We tried contacting them through the Agoda app and got no response. The Agoda customer service agent even said they weren’t responding to them. We were totally trapped and no one would help us. I finally made enough phone calls that got us transferred out of the hotel. I submitted all of these complaints to the hotel management and all they wouldn’t give me a refund. We only stayed there for 1 night (20 hours total) and they still charged our card for 2 nights. RUN THE OTHER WAY. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
The room we stayed in was so hot as it was hit by the sun from noon to the afternoon. The curtain was useless, as it was white and the fabric was very thin. The aircondition was also non existent from around noon till the afternoon. The AC in the master's bedroom was also broken, could not get it to stay on for long and it couldnt cool the room.

Very nice hotel,and very accommodating
Meeeh. Stayed may 2018. Stayed in a room where inside the toilet, the smell of urine just wont go away. Basically the toilet will flush but it will take some time before it would completely flush. Staffs aren't very much welcoming either.
