Checked in here during the pandemic season so the rates are competitive. Sophisticated hotel that has a homey feeling. Rooms are good with all the necessary things a business traveler should have. Wishing that the room toilets have bidet tho.
Professional staff, comfortable rooms, breakfast was decent and nice rooftop pool.
My stay in Seda was great. The service provided from the staff feels like I'm at home. Also had a good customer satisfaction with Mr. De los Santos with regards to his service and pleasing personality. Keep up the great customer service.
When they say they will clean your room that particular time, they wont. They are never on time. And they will arrive when you are already in bed about to sleep. The cleaning times changes on its own even if you did not schedule it that time. They will doorbell while you were sleeping. We are people working in IT park. We have different sleeping hours. It is important to follow through the cleaning schedule. They also move the furniture when they clean and won't put it back where it was. And they did not change the towels even if i already placed it on the sink.
Staff are so accommodating and warm, you'll never have second thoughts approaching them because you feel comfortable with them especially if you're new to a hotel environment, you will never feel degraded and judged regardless of your status, they don't give you those cold and intimidating feeling. The security people are good at maintaining security measures and are so friendly and respectful as well. Housekeeping service really does take housekeeping seriously, I like how humble they are one time I arrived at our room too early that he still has his few things left, I was humbled by his gesture and I genuinely thanked him for doing his job and I'm proud of him. The amenities and positive, warm ambiance the architectural design is giving me means nothing without their empolyees that is the heart of this Hotel.
