Great location with 24/7 security. It has a coffee shop downstairs and a restaurant that serves a good steak just outside the compound. The amenities are well maintained and staff are friendly.
the bamboo bay residence looks good outside but inside very disappointing. No tissue, the water doesn’t soaked up. Its like you’ve had a pool inside the bathroom. The pool part, you have to buy a swimming cap in order for you to swim or you have yo own. They cant even provide it to the guests, i mean where is the inclusion. Lol
It's a community and family based condominium,with coffee shop,all purpose building, garden,pool,playground,gym and a Roman Catholic Chapel.
Place is sparkling clean. Convenient location. Nice amenities. Highly recommended.
We have a short term rental from AirBNB. Are seriously looking at a long term one bedroom unit for 31000 php per month. The river next to the property is polluted and stinks and the water pressure is weak but those are my only complaints. The elevators aren't busy but that's because there are many vacancies here. IT Park and Ayala Centre Business Park are nicer neighborhoods but cost more. Over all, very satisfied here. The gym and pool are big pluses.
