What a big hotel with very specious rooms. The bathroom is separate and there is a bath tub as well. The lobby is big and roomy with lots of sitting space. I love that you have WiFi all over the hotel. I do not like the beds in the room they are not queen or king size. This is why I have them a 4 and not a 5. I highly recommend the hotel.

Looks nicer than it is. This hotel looks amazing, it's clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, however the downsides outweighed the plus sides of my visit.
1. When I got there my bathroom door wouldn't close. I informed the reception, but nothing was done about it. Eventually i fixed it myself.
2. The AC didn't work, again no help was provided, so i had to sleep with the window open, and it's quite loud day and night outside. Luckily i was visiting in Feb so it wasn't that warm.
3. The reception staff are fluent in English, the cleaning people not so much. That's not unusual, but when things were being lost in translation, there was no effort by anyone to make it clear they didn't understand. It took hours and several phone calls to get someone to iron a T-shirt. At no point did anyone ring the room and say "our staff don't understand exactly what you want". I even used google translate but that didn't help.
It's a shame because with a few small improvements this hotel could be absolutely 5 star. The facilities were excellent, but the experience was difficult.
