Down Town hotel was a wonderful experience for us in every way. It’s modern, clean and beautifully located.
The rooms are huge and equipped with all the amenities and more. The service is impeccable. Hannan, at the reception, was a delight to deal with and a great example of lovely customer care.
In the heart of the commercial district, the hotel was surrounded by lovely restaurants and lots of highstreet shops.
Highly recommend this hotel for a safe and stressfree visit to Casablanca, whether on holiday or business.
SO clean, neat and sleek with modern decor. Would have easily stayed a couple more nights in this hotel! Everyone was friendly - only thing I didn't love was the location, you could hear everything out on the streets so it was a bit of an annoyance but tuned out with TV & music. Perhaps they could get heavier windows/doors for noise cancellation? Recommend!

Rooms are very good comfort, clean and big
Also you'll get drinks at the mini bar for free.
But the only point that disapointed me was trying to have the room till 6 or 7 PM but they told me that all rooms are busy after offering that ill pay fees, they told me that they can handle it buy i found that i'll pay 75% from one night price.
The location is very central and convenient. The rooms are beautiful, with all the amenities you could possibly expect - very comfortable! Most of all - the staff is amazing! The guys at reception and concierge are truly helpful and go out of their way to help. Ferdous is a rock - a true asset to your company! She is such a positive, generous and helpful person and so professional in her approach - she is an example to all in the tourism sector - she is up there with the very best! Well done! My home in Casablanca is the Downtown - in fact, I will be back again next week!
