This is an awesome place to stay when in Casa. Comfortable and extremely clean rooms, acceptable facilities, and a very enjoyable restaurant. Most of all, as most people claim about this house, is that the staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. Most of the people here speak three languages and are more than willing to accommodate. Really enjoyed the week I spent here, And it's only a block to the incredible Atlantic ocean that lies along the northern edge of Casablanca. "I'll be back" as Arnold likes to say❣️
Great location, cozy studio and very friendly staff especially the lady in the reception and Amina from the room service.
I visited the hotel yesterday to have 2 rooms , totally 6 nights reservation for my guests next week Receptionist Rajaa was so much rude , she did not answer my question she did not help me. She said me to check their web site. I told her I came here to have my reservation and to pay. Although i called her mananger to complain her , i could not reach her manager. I am happy not to make a reservation from there.
I enjoyed staying here ,and all workers were amazing
The hotel have a poor training staff from reception to management specially youness how think his a big boss and hicham from reception please check your Quality of training
