Spot on most perfect location in Casablanca, whether it is for business leisure tourism... It just makes everything easier for us and the team is super nice and will bend over backwards for you! Will be back soon!

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL NO MATTER WHAT! I arrived on Sunday morning. The room did not have towels neither sandals for shower. When I asked for these, they did not bring until my second call for this request.
When I wanted to take a shower the bathroom did not have hot water. I contacted the reception about this topic and they told me that it would be fixed on Monday. When I took a shower on Monday, nothing was changed. I talked to the reception again and they told me that they would fix it. When I arrived to my room today, I realized that my room was changed with all my belongings without taking my permission. It is totally unacceptable , still I accept in order to make things easy. I tried to take a shower in the new room, there is still no hot water.
I want full refund. No one is taking care of the situation. I will not be staying in this hotel. It is totally not acceptable that this hotel is within your recomennded hotels. A huge shame for booking.com.
