Let me get started: room with a leaking in the ceiling (never got fixed), tv not working, wifi does not work, construction in the rooms next door, bed falling apart. In the other side, security guys are nice and the cleaning ladies as well.

Very clean and well organized. The breakfast is good en the staff is very friendly. The suites are on a perfect location.

Nice place to stay especially the lady host to gave me an upgrade tonexecutive suit and hisham & abdullatif who took an extra mile to make my stay as enjoyable & relaxing as possible

Clean and quiet hotel. Really close to city center and the neighborhood is almost safe at night. Breakfast is not good at all.

Perfect central location near tramway Station. Good service. Noisy and needs to be renovated
