This house is excellent for a group of around 10 people. The rooms a nice ( the suite is very very nice!), the location is great on a quiet street near everything.
The staff is phenomenal, Juliette and Andrea are the best. I have nothing bad to say, you would have the time of your life!
Great hotel, the staff is so attentive and helpful. the rooms are lovely, very large, very clean and nicely appointed. Great AC too! Wonderful lounge areas to relax outside of the room. All of the staff was wonderful, especially Elsy who was so attentive. Highly recommend.
My stay in the Legend Santa Clara was amazing. The staff was great, and they treated us with the greatest respect. Jesus and his team were great! Any questions I had, were answered.
I felt safe to and from the Airport with the driver that was provided from the hotel.
The rooms were clean and air conditioned, no issues.
The pool was amazing, great service and drinks! Food at the resort was delicious. They provided a surprise birthday cake in our room, along with another surprise birthday celebration at the spa. Highly recommended and would stay there again!
Outside the resort it was safe and we traveled to the near by mall, which was in great condition. The streets were filled with vendors and tourist along with a ton of food or shopping options as well.
Absolutely LOVED our stay at Casa La Cartujita! We originally booked for March 2020, but had to postpone to March 2021 due to the pandemic. Nathaly and the team were so kind, helpful, and accommodating from our very first emails, to our entire 7 day stay there. The hotel is in an incredible location within the Walled City - it’s within walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, and cafes. We even walked to Getsemani a few times. We felt totally safe walking in the area around the hotel. Not sure if it’s always like this, but we had to ring the doorbell whenever we’d come back to the hotel. This wasn’t an issue for us, and it made us feel even more safe staying there.
We had a balcony room with an awesome view of the street below, and the room was super clean and refreshing. The balcony door/window did a great job of blocking out almost all the noise, but you can still (very faintly) hear the sounds of horses, street entertainers, and music - this was still not a bother to us (it's Cartagena!), and we always had a good night's sleep.
Early in our stay, I believe we were the only visitors at the hotel. Even when more guests arrived, the hotel premises was always clean and quiet. There’s a rooftop with a jacuzzi and great views. We also really loved the delicious Colombian breakfast served every day. It was some of the best food we had in Cartagena. Compliments to the chef!
This modern and stylish hotel is in a prime location, has clean and comfortable rooms, and offers 5-star service from their friendly staff. I highly recommend staying at Casa La Cartujita if you ever visit Cartagena, Colombia!!!
Room was very special. Hotel building şs extraordinary. You can have good lunch as well as dinner. Breakfast is very good.
Location is very central of old town.
There is no parking area. If you have you own car or rental which is big problem. Closer parking area 15-20 minutes faraway from hotel by walking.

Excellent hotel. Really a five-star. It has a privileged location in the historic center. The pool with a unique view and very well equipped. ⛱ All staff are committed to providing world-standard service. Comfortable rooms, bathroom with local amenities. Breakfast has a great variety in the buffet and a complementary menu with other delicacies.
Not perfect, but just about deserves 5 stars.
Beautiful hotel with just 7 rooms ideally located in the walled city. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a private jacuzzi. The courtyard and pool area is stunning.
Breakfast in the room was a nice touch and service was always friendly.
Negatives:
- no free water in the room
- hot water didn't work (though they fixed it quickly)
- they forgot to pick us up at the airport (though apologised)
- actually right next to the busy ring road so it's quite loud on the roof terrace.
Boutique Hotel (Only 8 rooms) Clean, cozy, personalized attention, exquisite breakfast, in the heart of the Heroic "Cartagena the Indias" Restaurants of all kinds, with many options !!! Close to the hotel, you can walk around the city , in carriages with horses it is traditional to do it !! The hotel rooms are super comfortable and very clean, the noise of the city is not heard from the rooms !! For the price I pay for this boutique hotel in the Historic Center it is super good, compared to other hotels in the area !!!!
Modest hotel in a terrific location with kind, friendly staff. Provides essentials such as clean room and lite breakfast. This hotel was originally a home so there is no elevator so request a room on first floor if you cannot use stairs. Some rooms are slightly bigger. This is a quaint place to rest after a full day of exploration.
Great location for moving around the heart of the old town, locals eat and shop around this area. Very hot even with AC building is old with a lot of charm !
Unbelievable boutique hotel in the Center of Old City Cartagena. Perfect romantic getaway or place for family and friends. Will be coming back again! Thank you to the incredible staff and hospitality. +5 Stars all around (suites, aesthetics, restaurant, room service, spa, amenities, etc).
By far one of the best hotels in the world! Situated in 400 years old mansion, the space is very unique and simply gorgeous. With high celings and historic decor, it holds a wide collection of modern and contemporary art, vintage books and high quality finishings. Real plants and white candles in the evenings create majestic vibe you never want to leave. Every element in the hotel is thought out. The location is in the heart of Cartagena’s historical neighborhood. Hotel stuff go far beyond their responsibilities. Adding little touches like fresh water and nicely closed curtains in the room every night. Breakfast is delicious and overall service is first class. We extended our one night booking to 2 weeks at Casa del Coliseo! Impeccable.
Came here for a friend's wedding and I'm not sure about the rest of Cartagena, but I can't imagine you will find a staff more friendly or accommodating. If they dont have something you ask for they will go out of their way to find it. The hotel is stunning!!!! So many gorgeous plants that are meticulously cared for, as is the hotel. I'm pretty sure our room was cleaned or refreshed a few times a day. It is elegant, modern, stylish, and sophisticated, yet completely unpretentious. I literally cannot say enough good about it. Book it, immediately, I assure you, it wont disappoint.
Nice place and cozy. Close to everything and walkable. I had a suite junior room which was very enjoyable because of the balcony. Hot water in the shower. Breakfast service I decided to take it to the room, it was a small breakfast but, enough to start the day. Just the towels were a little rough for me. I think they need to change the laundry company. Nice place and good service.
