Came here for a friend's wedding and I'm not sure about the rest of Cartagena, but I can't imagine you will find a staff more friendly or accommodating. If they dont have something you ask for they will go out of their way to find it. The hotel is stunning!!!! So many gorgeous plants that are meticulously cared for, as is the hotel. I'm pretty sure our room was cleaned or refreshed a few times a day. It is elegant, modern, stylish, and sophisticated, yet completely unpretentious. I literally cannot say enough good about it. Book it, immediately, I assure you, it wont disappoint.
Incredible hotel, so beautiful, clean, thoughtful touches, perfect location and incredibly helpful staff. I had work meetings post-check out and they were INCREDIBLY accommodating to set me up with a quiet and private space. Highly reccommend!
Recently visited the wonderful country Colombia for the first time and ta massive highlight of my trip was this hotel ! It's probably the best hotel experience I've ever had and I'm fairly seasoned. Thanks team Cosana, keep up the amazing work.
