Great hotel in Getsemani, close to bars but very quiet once behind the hotel doors. Staff were super friendly. Our departing flight got delayed right after checking out, and staff let us come back and chill in the rooftop pool for a few hours which was very appreciated.
5 star experience at this hotel during my vacation last month. My concierge was amazing, and extremely welcoming. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. It was also in walking distance to most restaurants. I’ll definitely stay here during my next trip to Cartagena
Highly recommend. My wife and I stayed in the Romantic room with the balcony overlooking the road. The only cons are it was a bit loud at times and the room is very bright due to windows high on the wall without curtains and we couldn't get it quite cool enough. Again, very high ceilings so it was expected. The staff was terrific, the room was very clean. There was no problems with water as others have spoken too. In response to those reviews, there have been times when the entire city didn't have water so those reviews are not fair to blame the hotel for this. The rooftop was incredible nice. Great pool. I can't say enough about the quality of this hotel.
We had a lovely experience staying in the Deluxe Romance room at this boutique hotel. The room was huge and comfortable, with 2 great windows and balconies. The bathroom was also all stone which was lovely. The staff were all fantastic. They were friendly, accommodating and always happy to help. I also had a delicious breakfast every day (included in the price) at the restaurant and one excellent dinner. Lastly the location is great, right between central Getsemani and the walled city. My only minor complaint was that the wifi was a little spotty in the room itself, but it's possible we weren't connected to the right network at the time. Overall I would certainly recommend!
Beautiful hotel right in the middle of old town Cartagena. Close from the majority of the site seen. The room was very nice and clean. The pool on the roof is great. We enjoyed the times spent there. Food was good too. Service and staff very responsive and efficient.
