Great hotel, the staff is so attentive and helpful. the rooms are lovely, very large, very clean and nicely appointed. Great AC too! Wonderful lounge areas to relax outside of the room. All of the staff was wonderful, especially Elsy who was so attentive. Highly recommend.
Had an amazing experience here! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful! It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a few rooms. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect in the walled city. The hotel was perfect, nice and clean. We always felt safe. Highly recommend.
Wow this hotel is a gem. Very clean, AC in the room that's nice and quiet and cold breakfast is delicious. The showers are cool with the natural light shining down on you! Pet friendly and they speak English!! I forgot to mention, rooftop pool that feels so good all day long!
I never write reviews, but my experience at Casa Quero was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, the location was perfect, and the hotel ambiance made our trip to Colombia feel authentic. It was everything we hoped for.
This is the perfect place to stay in Cartagena. Close enough to all the action, yet on a quiet street for peace and great sleep. The historic building is gorgeous, with nooks, sofas, hammocks throughout for relaxing. My room was spacious, comfortable and refreshing (AC and ceiling fan). A la cart breakfast (included) nice way to start the day. Small but totally adequate and lovely roof top patio and plunge pool (too small for laps). 100% would stay again.
