This hotel is so nice! The rooms are well designed and they have an amazing terrace with nice views .the breakfast is also great
Such lovely staff and incredible hospitality. It was 5 star service. The rooms are uniquely decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, so much food and variety! It was also lovely to spend the evenings up on the roof terrace.
The staff is what makes this hotel. I’ve never been in a place where the staff was so helpful (and I’ve travelled a lot). They are so kind and always attentive to details and your needs.
The hotel has the best location, you can walk the whole city centre, but yet have peace and quite when needed and feel safe day and night. The view is beautiful from my balcony to the roof top.
Every day breakfast is cooked in house fresh, a lot of choice and plenty to go through the morning. Fresh juices and coffee or tea all day long is just a plus!
I have enjoyed (a lot) the roof top terrasse with the jacuzzi and I was able to play my own music through the speaker (no one ever was up there so I made the most of it!)
I would recommend this place to any one who wishes to discover Cartagena.
If I ever come back to Colombia, I know I will stay here again.

We had to cancel with over a month’s notice due to a healthy diagnosis. No refund.. it’s the only place we had booked that was not extremely helpful about the situation. We had booked accommodation in Costa Rica Colombia and Peru. All other places were amazing about it.
Plan to re schedule our trip ASAP.
