Did not stay in the hotel has dinner in the restaurant. Didn't love the menu and just about everything has way too much salt
A stunning boutique hotel in the trendy Getsemani neighborhood is located a short walk away from the Walled City. Delicious breakfast included is served in the restaurant on site. The room was clean, the facilities are expertly designed and maintained to make you feel at home in this gem of a hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms on the 3d floor are few steps away from a pool with a bar. Do not miss the hot tub and the lounge area on the top floor where you can enjoy the city views and unwind to the fullest.
We only stayed here for a night, but enjoyed it very much. The location is great, near all popular spots in the area. The hotel itself was designed very well, with beautiful plants, pools, and sculptures. Our room was cozy and had a giant tub in a private outdoor area which we loved. Make sure you go to the roof at night!
One of the worst experience .
David at the front desk is shady and was rude. He pretended to be nice but when questioned about service he literally told me in front pf other customers
Get out of the hotel and yelled”. He was sharing my private information in front of outer guests as well as wanted to charge more since he felt I didn’t give him enough tip.
The manager of the hotel should review the cameras and also should call to apologize “
David also took tips from me and was arguing about check out process when not offered more tip .
Hotel is beautiful and i have stayed there before too but never ever again. They don’t understand service and no one cares . David the night reception guy was literally yelling at customers and wanted to run his own show .
Be wary of this hotel .
I will also be raising hell by writing an official letter to hotel owners and department of tourism .
Worst experience as I travel for work and pleasure 40 weeks a year and know when a good service is offered.
Good hotel, amazing service. Everything clean, lots of different jacuzzis, has a pool, renovated.
Things I would prefer: have a breakfast buffet. Right now we have to order everything, from coffee, to juice, to jams. It would make easier to have a small buffet with basic things.
The premium room I got is side to side with the pool and sometimes we can hear people around dragging chairs, talking, a better insulation would help.
Overall yes I would return, as the service quality is great and it is located very near from the city center.
