The staff was professional and attentive. Great location. Very good wifi.
A grand house in the centre of the walled city, perfect for exploring. It has been beautifully restored, yet keeping the character of the original building.
Our bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom modern and well-equipped.
Breakfast in the grand dining room was excellent.
Given the temperature, the rooftop pool was a lifesaver.
The receptionist, Kelly, was so helpful, she helped with our onward journey, booking of taxis etc.
Beautiful hotel. Feels very safe, and is a walking distance to everything in the walled city. The rooms sre a great size. The customer service is great. Kelly at the front desk was so kind and attentive to anything we needed. We really felt so at home. The complimentary breakfast is delicious!
A beautiful, historic and authentic hotel experience in the heart of Cartagena. Within walking distance to the best spots in the city but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the busiest parts of town. The hotel features stunning, original decor in common spaces and in the rooms and it makes you feel close to the important history of the city. The staff is friendly and inviting. Premium value for a reasonable price. An unforgettable stay.
