Such an amazing Intimate little hotel the staff was very professional and took care of me really well. This is the second time that I stayed there I ended up getting stranded in Cartagena Colombia due to COVID-19 testing in Cartagena...!!! the staff was very helpful the breakfast was good considering the affordable price everything was fresh in my room was very cleanThey allow smoking on the balcony only they also let my company come to see me let the front guard know in advance if you are expecting company please keep the noise down since the place is for relaxing... this is the perfect affordable place to get away our airplane tickets was only $200 and my complete stay at this hotel was only about $100 for four nights I loved it so much that I came back for an additional few nights... Cartagena Colombia is the place to be for couples as well as single people you can come here and have a blast...!!! I will always stay at this hotel whenever I come to Columbia THANK YOU

We were shown our room and once we started settling in we noticed mold on the walls with an associated strong smell. They offered to give us a different room, which smelled and looked fine at first but I think the mold may have been also coming from the AC unit? Because the new room definitely started smelling like mold again after it was running for a bit. If we wanted a different slightly upgraded room, they wanted us to pay for it, which I think is definitely insufficient and rooms without mold shouldn’t be the baseline at a hotel. After we moved to a different economy room, we saw them applying chemicals to the mold in first room and within an hour different guests were put in there.
Do not book the economy rooms if you are a light sleeper, they are right beside the breakfast area and kitchen, making it very difficult to sleep past 6:30 AM due to the noise. Shower pressure was abysmal and only hot 50% of the time. On a side note, we definitely regretted not booking a hotel with a pool, so keep that in mind. Just skip this place and find something else less moldy.
