Stay away!! We paid 130$ per night and it was disgusting, I don't think they have ever washed the floors or cleaned the rooms thoroughly. The staff was nice and breakfast was pretty good. But trust me you can get way way more for your money. I have no idea how they have such a good reviews.
Like anything else in Colombia, it has nothing to do with what you pay for what you get. That means that you can pay 20$ and get something that is 10 times better then something that you would pay 100$ for.
This place was very cozy and home like. Plants everywhere and even turtles and a cat. Felt like in a small jungle inside a home. Adorable room. Great service from staff! My only feedback to this property owner would be to change the staff uniform to a cooler attire due to the lack of air conditioning outside the rooms. Temperatures can get very hot in Cartagena and especially in the kitchen where the poor staff is cooking meals dressed in chef attire. Please help your staff feel more comfortable and let them wear tanks and shorts. I'm sure no guest will mind and you will have happier and healthier staff.
Amazing stay and wonderful hospitality.
This place is amazing, right in the middle of everything no need to taxi anywhere after the airport. They have a pet turtle which is awesome I mean like that was super cool! The staff is super friendly and Luis explained to us the city and where to find things over the top customer service really made our stay welcomed! I will definitely stay here again and I’ll tell my friends about it!
