My stay in the Legend Santa Clara was amazing. The staff was great, and they treated us with the greatest respect. Jesus and his team were great! Any questions I had, were answered.
I felt safe to and from the Airport with the driver that was provided from the hotel.
The rooms were clean and air conditioned, no issues.
The pool was amazing, great service and drinks! Food at the resort was delicious. They provided a surprise birthday cake in our room, along with another surprise birthday celebration at the spa. Highly recommended and would stay there again!
Outside the resort it was safe and we traveled to the near by mall, which was in great condition. The streets were filled with vendors and tourist along with a ton of food or shopping options as well.
One of the best hotel in Cartagena, and one with excellent service too. Book a deluxe room or Junior republic suite. The best room in Deluxe category is 503 and 504.
Food is excellent. The ambience in Jardin is impeccable. Shout out to Miguel. He’s always very attentive, friendly, and professional. Please ask him to be your server.
It is simply amazing. The decoration is charming. The seats are comfortable. The food is incredibly good and the cocktails are tasty but strong! None of that diluted awful stuff you get in other places of Cartagena. We had a tomahawk BBQ, a RH and Botanical cocktail and a hummus. It was all splendid.
Loving our stay so far. Such character. Service has been awesome. Just had lunch at Jardin. Great ambience sitting outside in the courtyard. We were served by Miguel who was awesome. He brought a fan which was of huge help. We had the short ribs which were to die for. Highly recommend it.
Property is beautiful and impeccably maintained. Service and hospitality was a true 5 star, from the front desk to the restaurant, everyone ensues you're well taken care of and attentive to every need.
Food was delicious, especially the pastries and breads. I'm certain they have a French pastry chef, it was that good!!
Will definitely come back!!
