The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was limited to eggs everyday with a plate of fruit. After we told them something, the next day it was 2 waffles. We got the Deluxe room with the Jacuzzi in the patio of the room. Was not worth the extra money we paid. The rooms doors are like shutter doors and do not close completely therefore mosquitoes get in all night. There is no way to get rid of them. The ac is right on you so you have to keep turning it off and on all night because it will get to cold then to hot The bed was very hard and outdated. They never changed our sheets in the 3 nights we stayed and there was a stain on them from before we got there.
Spent 11 days here and we were happy with our stay. Staff friendly and efficient, breakfast with fruit, eggs, toast juice and coffee included, with great service. Had lunch twice and both were the best meals we had in Cartagena. Rooms clean, recommend double bed which is two singles together with an extra pad on top. Pool is great way to cool down after a hot day. We walked to all of the attractions.
Charming and historic hotel in a great area. Just know that the style of the hotel calls for doors that allow fresh air to come through as they do not cover the length of the wall.
Loved our stay here! The space is beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly and helped us with our Spanish! The AC works! Although one morning we lost power but not a big issue. Breakfasts are great. Rooftop is beautiful. Really happy with our stay.
My wife and me stayed for 3 nights I really love this hotel I found the hotel very clean, and safe. The staff very friendly, Luis and Ana are the hotel cook and server super friendly always with a smile. The rooms are small the a/c is nice and cool. The location of this hotel is walking distance to any restaurant, shopping, night clubs ,bar and night life, and there is beautiful art work at every corner and wall you turn too. When you go out day or night you will find people asking you for change or your left over. I really recommend this hotel and I find myself coming back and staying again.
