Very nice hotel. Modern in style and construction. Ocean located across the street. Bring your own umbrella. Staffing was very friendly despite some language barrier. Pedro at front desk is fluent in English and very warm and inviting. Pool area is small but can accommodate a decent amount of people. Yes I will stay there again.
Superb experience. Staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. It was the first trip to Cartagena for my family, and the Ermita staff helped us navigate the city with ease. Rooms are well-appointed, and the breakfast was outstanding. Excellent gym facility as well.
Very convenient to the old city (5 minute walk), easy 15 minute cab to the airport. Will definitely stay there in the future.
We stayed in Ermita this year, we highly recommend the hotel, Marriott is a 100% guarantee. The decorations and the history of the hotel it’s wonderful. The staff is the friendliest ever and super proactive. The food is amazing you can taste the flavors of the Middle East in many dishes. The terrace it’s very pleasant as the pool that is refreshed by the sea breeze, the hotel it’s front see and 5 minutes waking to the walled city. They also have a private beach 45 minutes by car, where they offer lunch and drinks. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Cartagena to the first Marriott! In love with the hotel Ermita tribute portfolio!
Nice room but due to construction style of the hotel (look at it on maps) nearly no rooms with sea view.... and Never had a shower that distributed so few water drops ...
