Good friendly service staff. Ground location isn't the best, but the views from the hotel cafe and rooftop are stunning. We were in the spa package and I guess I expected to be escorted a little bit better and there were no in between package items to keep ourselves busy, we had see ourselves around. The Spa was good, we've had better but it still comes highly recommended and if money was no object we would do it again.
We had a lovely stay at the Manor House at the Queen Victoria Hotel. The staff was incredibly forthcoming and helpful when we had to prolong our stay due to multiple flight cancellations. The room was very elegant, the bathroom spacious and clean.
Furthermore the location is perfect. Right next to the V&A Waterfront but they still manage to keep the complex very private and exclusive. I can definitely recommend!
Peaceful vibes. Stunning lush tropical views. Gorgeous interior. Luxurious beds. Outdoor furniture could do with a refresh. Kitchen not fully equipped.
We stayed in Villa Zest for 3 nights in early February 2020 as part of our honeymoon trip. A great location close to the V&A Waterfront. Our room was spacious with a great bathroom and balcony. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Cape Town.
Friendly and helpful staff. Got us set up with great excursions. Live music makes the bar come alive during the evening. Good rooms and cool interior where it might be easy to get lost.
Very helpful when storing oversized luggage (bikes).
