Apart from the bubbly and the beautiful rooms and an amazing spa experience, the staff at this place was exceptional. Due to loadshedding the power outage created an short on the hot tub and the bubble jets could not work ( the heating worked ). We informed the staff and the staff was willing to get someone to come and fix this issue on a Sunday evening at about 18H00. That being said. The staff truly will walk miles to ensure that you are having an fantastic stay, being very very polite, funny as well as catering to your every need. Also the flower petals throughout the room upon arrival for our honeymoon was a very sweet touch. We were sad to leave. Amazing experience!!!

This is the perfect way to “stay” while in Cape Town. We had a delightful time, champagne on arrival, beautiful rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay.
The staff are very accommodating, professional and personal. We felt right at home.
Beautiful swimming pool and dining area. We will definitely be back to try the Spa.

Sadly that 5th star not shining so brightly anymore. Outside light and bedside lamp not working. Diffuser empty.
I enjoyed every minute. Beautiful interior, friendly service and fantastic location.
Exceptional service !! We were greated with a cold glass of bubbly on arrival and we just got spoiled from there onwards. The suite was modern and cozy, with superb finishes, plush linnen and attention to detail. Breakfast every morning was super tasty, and we were even served in our room on request. Our Hostess Marochelle and the staff went beyond expectation to make our stay comfortable. We will surely visit again.
