Good friendly service staff. Ground location isn't the best, but the views from the hotel cafe and rooftop are stunning. We were in the spa package and I guess I expected to be escorted a little bit better and there were no in between package items to keep ourselves busy, we had see ourselves around. The Spa was good, we've had better but it still comes highly recommended and if money was no object we would do it again.
Had breakfast at the Granary Cafe to celebrate my birthday. From the time I stepped in at the hotel reception to the restaurant, I was made to feel so welcome. Service was amazing and the staff very attentive, and not only to be as the birthday girl. The food was lovely, presentation beautiful and definitely worth return visits
It was my first time at the Silo.I had the most wonderful experience.As you enter interior are luxurious.I went for treatments at the spa and it was amazing! After that I went to the rooftop for lunch.Food was delicious and the views are out of this world! I will definitely be back for more.x
Five star establishment in all aspects. The design is up there. Service from Heavens the at the rooftop bar was just that...sent from heaven. Alex in the restaurant was a delight and we were well catered for and he went out of his way to make suggestions that were on point.
The food and drinks at this fine establishment are amazing, they really go out of their way to delight in this place. Well done for the efforts and unmatched attention to detail.
Wow wow wow. Awesome Cape Town views from the rooftop. Great affordable food and super friendly waitress. Must visit, be sure to book in advance.
