My stay at Ideas Cartel was absolutely exceptional. The rooms are large and spacious, decorated to perfection. The mood of my room was conducive for sleep and total relaxation, yet when I wanted to pull out my laptop and some work done, their work stations on a separate floor make it all the more easy to be productive.
I’m obsessed with their exclusive rooftop pool with breathtaking city views! Located in the ideal area of the city centre, accessing local restaurants and bars were a walking distance. Best stay ever!!
The room was beautiful & exactly what you saw in the images. So clean & the bed was made to never leave it.
The people from the door man, to the cleaning staff, to the cafe staff were all nice and friendly and made you feel welcome and safe. My boyfriend and I had the best time and can’t wait to book again!
Only thing I would say is: the lighting on the balcony didn’t work which wanted it to work but managed to improvise.

If you travel for leisure or business this hotel has it all! The rooms are amazing and super comfortable! They have all you need for a perfect stay in Cape Town! From working spaces to roof top pool! Also their service is excellent and the staff is super nice!
A great place in a convenient location close to all the main points of Cape Town. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they really do try to make your stay perfect. This is a coliving with an inherent atmosphere, but sufficient confidentiality. The rooms are cozy and very stylish, they have everything you need and even a little more, they are more spacious than standard hotel rooms. Our master suit had a transparent wall between the bathroom and the bedroom, which added a spice to living with my boyfriend, but consider this if your relationship is more constrained.
The Internet works great and does not cause any problems during video calls and downloading heavy files. There are enough coworkings and private working places so we didn’t feel cramped while buiseness calls.
The only thing we regretted here that we could not have stayed even longer ‘cause live here extremely well.
Great service, rooms are spacious and very good value, incredible views, well decorated and central location.
