Best service!We loved our stay and our room and our seaview it was really just an amazing stay. We will surely miss the sound of the waves but will definitely be back soon! :)
The guesthouse do not deserve a four star rating. Breakfast was so-so. The curtains in our were not hooked in neatly properly and bundled up on the floor. There was no wifi in our room. The TV couldn't connect to Primi Seacastle wifi, so we could only watch SABC & 2. The image blurred most of the time as the Signal from the dish was weak.
The staff were unable to sort out the wifi problem. Too many stairs. Too little parking. We were scared to return too late and lose our parking. We were not comfortable to park our car in the next street.
The internet was shocking and I could not watch a movie at all. I was woken up at 6am with loud voices at reception. Great, big room and comfortable bed. Michael is super.
