Had a slight problem with the room, but it was rectified in no time. The staff is brilliant and so is the new room. Location is perfect for exploring the city.
Great location but one of the noisiest hotels we have stayed in. Our cupboard had broken beer bottles in which means the room wasnt cleaned properly. Neighbours kids running up and down the stairs. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom or kitchen

Was a really nice stay. Close to the V& A waterfront and great base to explore the Cape and all its offerings
Hotel was very noisy at times, as toilets at stairs, which faces front of hotel stairs and rooms, were used at very late hours. Rooms are very spacious but for restful sleep I will boon another hotel on future business trips! Also charges additional for parking which is totally unacceptable.
