Stayed there for our 5 year anniversary trip. We found a sweet anniversary message in our room. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any issues. The fact that it's a walking distance to the V&A is a great plus. One lady Phila, from the restaurant was very very friendly. She just had this kindness to her. But overall great staff and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Dirty bedding, they did not change the sheets and their toilets were not flushing. They had dogs at the reception which we always had to ask to be taken to the other room each time we had to enter/exit the hotel. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Dodgy and untidy parking and a very limited breakfast menu. I truly couldn't wait to leave!
I booked a couple full body Massage it was amazing, very friendly professional staff awesome service and the food is lovely too, I would definitely recommend anyone to book a spa treatment at the Sugar Hotel.
