Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful views, has all the basic and extra amenities you need, secure, just by v&a waterfront, cleaning is done everyday. Very easy to get food delivered. Checking in made me a bit mad, but I got so happy with the rooms I couldn’t stay mad . The waterfront village is the best place to stay in cape town

Rules about visitors was not explained.. how can someone submit a request 12 hours in advance for a visitor when checkin isn't until 2pm and your guest arrives at 7. Gerald from Waterfront Village and Siphokazi at the security gate do not know what they are doing. I feel like I am being held hostage here..
