Large and comfort room, very helpful staff, great ocean and beach view
Stayed here before but the experience this time totally different. Asking for more towel have to trade. Ask for more coffee, the response we will try to find some...??? Breakfast menu is a joke. Soap and shampoo also downgrade.
New structure with nice suites with not expensive price. Cost saving on the maintenance due to covid is understandable and the staff is doing the best to support
Since we are still in pandemic, the hotel couldn't show their best. Lack of staff, almost no health check at the entrance, no daily housekeeping, and the restaurant is barely functioning. Well, we only stayed there for 2 nights so it's okay for us.
The room itself is very spacious, and my wife loves the bathtub decoration. Comfy bed, and the window seat is a great touch! Although the tv channels are kind of disappointing.
The pool size is satisfying, but the lack of depth is kind of a letdown. This hotel has it's own bridge to take us to the beach directly. Be careful when crossing the half-collapsed bridge.
Overall, we are quiet satisfied staying at this hotel during the pandemic
Hotel was great, beachfront property.. the beach has a great vibe, several beachclub next to the hotels. Beach was rather dirty tho..
Check in was easy, staff were very friendly, they even helped us printed out our swab results before we flew out, they also upgraded our stay to a bigger room where we had to many beds to sleep on.. but the ocean-view was nice.. bed was comfy, decent amenities, room was spacious, bathtub on the bathroom, nothing to complain..
Swam at the pool, it was big enough and quiet. Visited the gym for a while, it was too small and can use some upgrade in terms of weightlifting equipment..
They have a nice platform overlooking the beach and hope to be able to see the sunset from there, but it was too cloudy and some trees blocking the sunset also..
Hadnt got a chance to try the food/ breakfast. Parking was rather limited in space.
