Very nice stay at the margarita surf hostel.
One of the best budget deals in Canggu, because Rooms are really spacious, table is very long, have all the facilities for comfortable stay.
Have clean swimming pool and pool table.

Recommended for long stay
It was a really good experience living in the room with private kitchen, including TV netflix, etc. Near to Echo beach, pererenan beach, is really near to the cafe and bar around. Green scenery, in the middle of rice fields. A quiet and happy place. Good for work, relax and surfing. Dont forget the swimming pool, ping pong, billiards, and staff available for 24 hours. I knew Margarita Hostel from Google, and this met my expectation. I love this place, friendly staff and owner and affordable price. The bed and the room is clean, so comfy. If you want to learn to surf, one of the good thing here is that they could help you to connect with the local surfer. Love to come back here again
Owner will scam and treat you like trash don’t stay here. It’s cheaper than most hostels but you will end up paying more trust me. He writes “this person didn’t stay here” under every honest review because thats the kind of person he is. Be cautious choosing to stay at margaritas during your time in canggu.
My experience wasn t good. First I booked a "single room" through booking, when I arrived they said I had to be in a sharing room, that was not what I actually booked on booking. Anywhere in the page said thet it was a sharing room. Still, I asked them to give me back my money, they said NO and told me to pay extra 700.000 rupias to get the room, if not I would loose the money I had already paid. I asked them to give me the single room and that I would stay only 3 nights, instead of 7. Finally they agreed but only in the conditions that I would spend my money at the bar drinking beers... plus I was asked what kind of tourist I was. If I was the party style, etc.... very rude, to finish I asked them if I could leave the room some hours later because I didnt now where to leave my suitcase for some hours, they said NO, and didnt give me any solution. I have never been so bad treated in a hostel in my life, expensive and unhelpful. The only good thing I can say is that 1 of his staff Judy was actually kind to me, but for the rest I would rate the place with a -5...
