The Aksata villa was the best part of our trip. The villa was beautiful, big and clean. It is conveniently located near (great) restaurants, beach, cafes and spas.The staff and the service was above and beyond our expectations. Firstly, the villa we initially booked had some issues so we had to relocate to another villa. The staff at Aksata made it rather a nice and peaceful experience. We loved our new villa and enjoyed a local breakfast every morning, served to our villa by happy people. We could not ask for more.
Secondly, every request was accommodated for in the best way possible and with a smile - from organizing drivers and airport transfer to helping us retrieve items left behind. I accidentally forgot an item at the villa which was a present from a good friend. When I contacted the villa staff to see if they found it, they advised that they have already organized for it to be posted to me! All I had to do was provide my address and wait. I couldn't believe it.
I totally recommend Aksata villa with love and we cant wait to stay there again on our nest Bali visit. Don't miss out!
Nice place
One of the good place to stay, main reason because Canggu is the best expatriate living experience in Bali.
Beautiful accommodation for a reasonable price
Not at all clean, dated, broken lamps, a lot of mosquitos inside, only one a/c in the whole villa. Poolside walled off from sun after noon.
