We stayed in over 20 villa this one is by far the worst. Top flood was always flooded, I can accept leak but when the whole floor is covered with water. When I use bath towel to soak up the water, the manager Made told me I cannot put bath towel on the floor, I asked them ro clean it up they said the workers wont be back till tomorrow. Plus cockroaches everywhere...
When we check out they took out a bucket full of broken glass and asked us to pay for it. We never broken anything.... overall very dishonest company....
In the beginning of November We contacted Made on facebook ane we rented Sotis villa for three months.
After we move in we found out the villa had so many problems. My bedroom turns into a mini pool everytimes when it rains, then we found termites and it started to get into all of our stuff and super smelly rooms and oh the wall felt off from the said of the villa!!!
We told the mananger Made these problems should be solved before the guests move in before or repaired after we checked out in three months.
Manager Made does not like the guests to ask him to repair. The first day we told him the villas had problems he said he will fix it soon but of course it never happened. 2 months later when he finally gets to it he asked us to pay for all the repairing cost !!! When we refused to pay he told us we have to move out in 2 weeks...integrity means nothing to this villa.
As far as we know, many residents not cool with this villaMore
We stayed for one month and we spent more than 3 million on electricity for average use, although the last week we were out for few days. Scam!!

Staff were so helpful during our stay. The private villa was just what we needed and away from all the craziness while still close enough to walk to central Canguu.
