Good place, freshly renovated, with a lot of light. Near to the ocean. Cleaning was just 1 a week, and in general, you could feel that the manager is trying to save money on everything till the season comes again.
The place was ok quiet & clean.
But the minus is just their hospitality, we knew that the room capacity is only for 2 person. One of my friend is coming over and just stay for 1 night with us and we asking for 1 more towel and they didn’t even gave us. I mean what would be bad if they gave us just one more towel ?!
I don’t mind to pay. But their attitude is just sucks.
Im done and i never ever go back here.
They have the worst management anyone can imagine, the manager is called Komang, and he is the rudest manager you will meet. he simply doesn't care about the guest's interests - he just want to take your money in any kind of way. We came to stay for a week and paid the full amount, and on the third day my body and my boyfriend’s seemed to be irritated and red spots covered us, only to discover later that the bedsheets were full of insects so I asked the manager to return the money to me because I want to leave this hotel and I want to go to the hospital, he refused And he started telling me that the problem was with me while I was sick and that he wouldn't return us a single penny! So I decided to leave anyways. knowing that he cheated on us and we were a fraud victims!!! What a bad manager. The story did not end here. My boyfriend forgot his wristwatch in the room, so we went back to the hotel and asked them about it. They denied and we are sure that we forgot it in the room!!. Yes, they stole the watch and refused to admit it. They accused us of lying! They think this is the first time we've been to a hotel. I have spent my life among hotels all over the world I will definitely give this hotel ZEROOOOOOO DO NOT GO THERE Its a dirty dirty place hiding behind white doors! The coldest and rudest human being / manager to manage a hotel ever. That guy, presumably the front desk management shouldn't be allowed to deal with the crowd because anyway this is supposed to be categorized and hospitable? Far from the hospitality, this hotel sucks! It's far from just dirty and it doesn't matter how desperate you are not to come to this hotel. Cos it is the worst in the whole world.
Nice and cosy hotel with very friendly staff
Top class Hotel with excellent service. The Staff is very professional and helps you in every way. Will come back again
