The place is good, but apparently some russian guests have been living here for a while and like to party VERY loudly, with music, alcohol and dances
I don't know why the management accepts that, but it happens every week (and, unfortunately, at nights)
Had to checkout after 3 weeks because my child can't sleep when they hanging out
Pros:
- Beautiful place
- Gorgeous pool
- Great service an stuff
Cons:
- Weak WIFI. Speed test shows 0.38 Mbps, sometimes it just not working at all
- The sync was not flushing well in our bathroom, same was for toilet, but I hope that is easily fixable (we didn’t ask stuff to fix it)
Poor maintenance. They are selling so do as little as possible to keep it from. Leaking and everything breaking.
Really happy with our choice. Quiet & relaxing. The pool overlooking the ocean at sunset is a gem. Service always friendly and clean well maintained rooms.
Contact us page on their home page will not load so can't contact hotel. Sent an email 12 days ago and no reply. Feel like a prisoner to their cancellation policy as can't reach anyone at the hotel. No option for rebooking without a one night penalty even given the extreme circumstances...will not rebook or recommend this hotel in the future.
