Good value for money, and the staffs are really nice. We stayed there for 2 months. They offer monthly rate during covid, it’s pretty cheap for 4 stars hotel, expected no amenities (room only), and that’s fair for the price. Good location, near the beach, a bit far from main road so it’s quiet.
I’ve been staying here for a couple of months and I must write a review as the experience have been nothing but the best so far in Bali. I would like to thank all hard working stuff and the management team as they are all lovely! The room, nice view and the pool are bonus.
Its pretty nice place but to be honest, THE MANAGEMENT ARE EXTREMLY BADDDDD!!! I dont need to explain why, but people who staying here for sure know what is all going on!!! Come on! Not worth it!

I'm not one to talk negatively about a business establishment. You know things are bad when we're only on our 3rd night and we cannot wait until check out time so we can get the heck out. the management of this place is absolutely awful. I should note that we stayed here long term during CoVid (1 month), and after negotiation, we were given the penthouse room. The area itself is very quiet, close to the ocean, but something to keep in mind if you'd prefer somewhere with more hustle. Can't complain about the serenity and peacefulness of the surrounding area though.
Now the room, itself. It's spacious and well-lit during the day, but quiet dark during the night. The moment I walked in, it smelled horrible and musty. Cobwebs could be seen on some spots. The floor felt dirty. Did they put any effort into cleaning this place before guests check-in?!
No toilet rolls [I think they're saving for themselves because of Covid toilet rolls war]. No towels were provided [no bath, hand/face towels, not even a BATHROOM MAT] - we had to pay extra for EACH if we wanted these. You'd assume staying in a hotel means these items will be provided as standard service, but since we paid for "special monthly package", we're not entitled and it wasn't disclosed to us. They're also not willing to exchange it to a clean towel regularly for you (Not even during our agreed-upon 1 weekly housekeeping. Go figure!). They agreed to include cutleries & plates but when we asked this, they tried to dodge it and said it wasn't part of the agreement, until we pointed to the t&c. The glasses given to us were dirty. The water that came out of the dispenser had some black particles.
I absolutely understand during CoVid things are tough, and businesses are suffering and/or trying to keep the cost low. As guests, we feel they don't care about our experience, especially considering the length of our stay. Should you be operating your business at all if you're half-a**ed about your hospitality service? And it's not like we're divas demanding Hollywood services! Merely basic things that should be provided by a "4-star hotel"!
Go elsewhere. At the time of this review is written, there are PLENTY of other places around Bali offering better services at pretty much the same price, if not lower. Stay away from this place. During a time when hospitality crucially need customers, you'd think they'd give you their top-notch effort. Incredibly embarrassing.
