this place isn’t worth your time or effort I followed the directions to the casas 1 and the map stops at this warehouse building and if you are from US then your phone will not have service, I managed to find this building but nobody answered the buzzer while I stood there for 15 mins waiting, knocking, & had to drive many kilometers away to contact the person there. Would find something closer to the central part of Cancun. Also I’m glad I didn’t stay here after reading the reviews on the “breakfast” provided.

What a beautiful property! The garden/pool area is stunning, and the rooms are very clean. It’s a nice spot outside of Cancun and the main airport so you’re perfectly situated. The hosts at the property are lovely people who are very kind and helpful

It was cool till the end that's why I'm giving it 2 stars.. The ladies were great but on our last day we encountered a Male who was upset because we were originally told it was ok to check out late. He didn't want to give us clean towels because it was almost check out time. He said really you are only supposed to get one set of towels for your entire stay and we were there for 4 days He pressured his staff they seems very shook up because of him so I'm guessing he was the owner . His attitude was so ridiculous that we didn't even want to wait in the establishment when it was time to go. It was sad really idk why he treated us this way. For a place to duck off it's cool. The breakfast was sunny delight croissants frosted flakes and fruit. Look for other options its better service elsewhere no need to be mistreated where you spend you money

Overall, I like this property. The rooms are nice, the garden is beautiful and the hosts are as accommodating as possible. The WiFi signal is weak and intermittent, that is the only thing I had a problem with. The 1st stay I had no problem with the signal, the second stay I had problems with the signal in my room. But, other than that, it is a good option close to the airport.
