It was the worst experience I ever had in any hotel. Not only we came in and they had no towels and we had a dirty room. They only gave us one towel to share. Then try to charge us $20 (400 peasos) for a dirty towel the next day. Of course we refused, and return they refused to let us leave until we had to call the police. All in all, they are very rude and not professional and need to take a business class and improve the social skills. Strongly recommend everyone to stay away.
We loved our stay! Pluto was the best! He made sure we had everything we needed! Close to everything but feels like you're separated from the Cancun hustle. We'd gladly stay again. The room was awesome nice & cool. The bed & pillows could've been better but we enjoyed it all anyways
The pictures look nice but that’s all that was good about the place. The TV wouldn’t work, they didn’t care and didn’t fix it. The service was horrible and loud when we tried to sleep. You will have to stand in water when you shower. Terrible!
Need to be updated very out of date looks nice tho need to upgrade the black room bath tub
Just off the beaten path (and reprieve from the bustling Hotel Zone just a few minutes walk away) this small boutique hotel offers very nicely appointed private rooms, comfy outdoor space and pool. A simple but appreciated breakfast of cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. Staff is attentive, personable and always helpful.
Definite recommend if you like small private hotels with fewer people.
