The rooms are just like the pictures, with working wi-fi, hot water and the staff was amazingly helpful and attentive (special thanks to Daniela and Victoria!). We got a problem with the AC but the staff helped us move to another (and better!) room, which was fantastic! The only downside is that the showers are not that great, although they have hot water there's not enough water jets aimed at your body (some of them are just targeting the curtains or the wall). The hotel is placed in a great neighborhood, with plenty restaurants and markets around it, its also near the Parque de las Palapas (5 min walk), which is a great place to try Mexico's traditional dishes at night! And if you don't want to leave your room to grab dinner, the staff will kindly help you order any kind of food delivery. (I know, they are great!)They will also give you great tips about the city (which bus to catch or fun things to do) if you ask them ;) I would totally recommend this hotel to a friend, it was truly an awesome experience!
Small, truly boutique hotel. The quality and design are about as good as they get. I was super happy with my stay. The location could not be better.
This is a large residential home converted in to Hotel with less than 20 units.
Parking is on the street and because is on the residential side, they only have two spots in front of the hotel. These are first come first served.
Service is good for the price.
It is very close to a lot of cool restaurants and the Oxxo (minimart) is right within walking distance.
If traveling on a budget you won’t be disappointed.

This was a delightful modern, clean and very stylish hotel right near the middle of the historic town of Queretaro in Mexico. We liked it and the town so much we stayed four days instead of two.
