This place is very nice. Our only complaint was that the room didn’t have a microwave and they also refused to let us use the microwave downstairs. Other than that a very great experience staying here. The place is beautiful and would stay again. Free parking a plus
We were looking for a non, all-inclusive hotel in Cancun. I saw the great reviews for this new hotel and decided to make the reservation. The location, hotel, nearby amenities, view and all-around service did not disappoint. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
This is a beautiful hotel. It’s part of Puerto Cancun and the adjacent large mall. The “mall” has many restaurants which are very good, including a “food court” with many casual dining options (with a main central bar). I honestly can’t provide any necessary critical comments about this hotel. It was perfect.
This was a nice hotel over all, but when I checked in, they told my friend and I that laundry services were available. I asked them how to go about getting it done, and they said to just call the desk in the morning and someone would come and get our clothes. When they came, they had me sign a piece of paper that was ONLY in Spanish with prices in pesos. I didn't realize what I was really signing, and just thought it was to sign the clothes over incase of an accident. The people who picked up the clothes did not speak a lick of English either. Come to find out, it wasn't just a "laundry service" but it was actually dry cleaning. They charged me 160.00$$$ for a small load of clothes. I couldn't believe it. It really dampened the mood, and I was upset since I had already spent so much money at this hotel.
Our room had an AMAZING view of the Marina! Complementary Breakfast, convenient location....not too far from the Shopping Center or Beach. And, wonderful overall service from the Staff. My Wife and I had a relaxing experience here.
Great breakfast. Decent gym. Nice location and views. Okay pool. Modern/new build. It is definitely not a resort.
