Very upbeat! A little outdoor/indoor set up! Lots of open air/walk thru areas. Plants everywhere! It felt like a whole other world here compared to hotels. Helpful staff, and very good prices. Clean comfy beds. The pool was rather dirty feeling, but I'd imagine that's because of the tree right next to it. Like a maze with some new cool thing around each corner.
very nice hostel.. the bar area is awesome, rooms are nice and clean and quite big. nice pool area with hammocks gor chilling out during the day. the best part is the location, close to everything! would come back!
I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. My sister and I were warmly greeted by Cinthia and treated like family. She is such a gem!!! There are always free activities going on at the hostel. I got to participate in a cocktail making competition, a beach day and a party in the hotel-zone. Cinthia and the other volunteers made sure that we were involved in meeting out travellers and having an overall great time. The hostel is in a great location so you can experience both a little more of the "real Mexico" and the hotel zone side of Mexico. I highly recommend walking to Mercado 23 to get amazing, delicious and authentic food. You can also easily catch the R-1 to get to the Hotel Zone if you want to have a beach day.
It is a beautifully decorated hostel and has loads of activities for travellers to meet people and have fun. Good location for a shop and with transport links to the beach etc
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. First time in country and everyone here made me feel at home. The staff was courteous and I made some new friends. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay.
