Great, clean and really not pricey at all for the place.
The rooms are really spacious, the kitchen is super clean and the host really really smiley and helpful.
If you go to Cancun I think it’s the best place
And you have hot water !!
Its strong point is that it has a very good location and is in a quiet area, you can walk at night without problem.

The hosts are friendly, elderly people but I don't know if for the latter they don't pay attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of their rooms; they also responded sarcastically when asked for something.
I rented a room for 3 women and they left me a roll of super chafa paper, liquid "soap" for hands that was pure water and had hardly any, there were no personal hygiene products and there was no privacy as the hostess entered and left the room as if we weren't there
We stayed because we were already tired from another accommodation and the lady was kind, saying that at that moment they would give the room "another cleaning" but when we returned it was the same and we stayed just out of pity. They made us feel like exaggerated but you judge ...
A very comfortable and central place and especially very close to the beaches, I highly recommend it
Very friendly hosts, good price and location but cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.
