Easily the worst stay of my entire trip. After reading the reviews and seeing the amazing picture online I thought this hotel would be an amazing stay, however I was proven wrong very quickly. The staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and just plain grumpy. The breakfast is poor and very small. Small eggs and slices of fruit. Internet does not work in the room and around the hotel it’s is extremely slow. I couldn’t get any work done! The rooms doesn’t look like the pictures. It’s dark gloomy and full of mosquitos and bugs. The shower don’t work properly and after asking the staff repeatedly to fix it, they did nothing. Only good thing is the location to the local ado station and a street market. Simply not worth the money and will not return.

What a nice place to stay and explore Centro Cancun. The jungle like interior is a nice respite from the noises of the city. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable. As with any experience, one can always find the flaws, but they, in our case were totally outnumbered by the positive experience we had. Breakfast was adequate and the coffee was good. Five star resort...no...don't expect that, calm and comfortable place to stay...yes. I'd recommend staying a few nights for a more authentic and non-beach stay...ferry to Isla Mujeres maybe a ten minute taxi ride away....

Nice home-feel eco-hotel. Beautiful garden. Very nice and friendly staff. They clean up the room and change towels every day unlike some other more expensive hotels. Don't expect a fancy modern high-tech place, it rather has a mix of hippie and traditional mexican family vibes.

Great hotel in natural environment. A little piece of paradise in town. Very friendly staff. Attractive rates, even more because the breakfast is included.
