OK, I'm impressed.
I've stayed at a number of downtown Cancun properties over the last 10 years - this by far is the nicest! Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely accommodating even though I was staying for one night. The pool area is large and inviting - it's an urban oasis :). And for me another plus, the parking lot is guarded and enclosed - ! The breakfast was good and the staff great!
I will definitely be returning!!!

When my flight was delayed due to bad weather back home, I decided to change hotels to one in the city to explore more than just the beaches.
Ideally located in Centro Cancun, it is at the crossroads to anywhere you want to go and an easy walk to many great restaurants, shops and cultural attractions. I like to hop on buses to see where they'll take me and being close to public transportation it made it easy and fun.
The hotel is a smaller bed and breakfast model, but has everything you need as a base of operations for you adventures or as a retreat from your adventuring to recharge and just relax poolside.
The one thing I must mention is how incredible the staff is, from the poolside attendants to the front desk, everyone goes that extra step for you. David at the front desk made sure there was no problem unresolved, making a wonderful impression of the Oasis hotel for me and reassuring I'd stay with them again.
Pool area is really nice. They didn’t give my ID back after checking in and unfortunately never called my room or told me. So, 2 days later I had to go back to retrieve it. I wish they had called me in my room!

Very hospitable across the board and very vibey, adults only environment.
Had a fun time there in December 2020! As a solo traveler I met tons of people from around the globe. Myself and many others called this place home for 14 days, what a great time.
