The nightstaff is rude. They will inform you of the additional charges for extra guest upfront. They tend to alter documents so it is best to take a picture if needed. My New Year did not start off well.
You only get one thin sheet on the bed. The shower takes over 5 minutes to get hot water. The toilet will not flush everything after flushing 10 times.
I emailed the manager days ago with no response. I was not happy!
The checkout was very helpful and professional in handling, and I was appreciative.
My family and I stayed at this hotel for a week and the staff and service were pretty good. Just know that if you are expecting a fancy hotel this place is not for you as their is no pool etc. This place serves its purpose, a simple place for you to lay your head at night and shower. They do offer wifi but unfortunately does not reach the rooms as you must stay in the common lounging areas of the hotel to use it. If you want to get a sense of the local life staying here is great as you will be away from the hotel zone and living among the cancun locals.
Nice and clean hotel at affordable price. However: no wifi in the rooms (only at specific locations on each floor), no breakfast and no elevator.
Personnel was nice even if little to no English. We didn’t have running water the day we arrived (no shower, no hand washing...). It was fixed around midnight. There is no elevator for your luggage.
