The price value is great at that hotel. The rooms and the whole hotel have a modern style with a beautiful rooftop and excellent service. Would recommend it for everyone who wants to see the city. The beach is also easy reachable with a bus that drives every ten minutes.
FINALLY AN HOTEL THAT IS TAKING CARE AND UNDERSTAND WHAT IS COVID-19!!
I initially booked 3 nights at this hotel for vacation purposes. After being in the hotel for only a few hours, I noticed that the business adopted extra measures in order to fight against COVID-19 and I decided to extend my stay for the whole month. We can easily see that the owners understands what is that illness and that they train and support their employees well regarding this matter.
Additionally, we can also easily noticed that the employer is adhering to best diversity and inclusion pratices. Yesterday, for the first time in my life, my maid was a men (male). First impression = how a men can clean my appartment? But you know what, my room was super clean and he seems to have pleasure working here!
Everything in this hotel is built for a reason. There is a few improvements to be made, but this property is not comparable to any other hotels I visited during my exceptional Mexican trip :

Oceans Dreams. Very unique property, good location (Inmigracion), if you need time to heal your body this is the place to be!!! No pressure, staff is always helpful and smiling when leaving/arriving. We feel they care about you and your safety. I would definately recommend this hotel to my family and my friends and I will surely come back for a special event in the future.
The hotel also has great recommendations on the internet and a good reputation in the neighborhood after talking with locals and taxi drivers.
I have nothing negative to say about this property. Enjoy your vacation!
We arrived at 1 p.m. and they let us wait 2 hours in the lobby before we were allowed to check in. Apparently the rooms were not ready. The hotel however was almost empty, we didn’t see another guest in the whole 2 hours of waiting. We didn’t have a “Do not disturb” sign in the room. The next morning the maid knocked at 9 a.m. to clean the room. We said please come back at 12 and went back to sleep. Again they knocked at 10 a.m. to clean the room. Why do you want to clean our room so early and at the same time not let someone check in before 3 p.m. in an empty hotel? As a guest you only get one small water bottle per day (300ml). There is no drinking water, you need to buy it at the store. The pool was small with sharp edges at both ends because the stairs reach into the water and you cant’t see them. Otherwise it is a nice pool area and the gym is big enough. Personnel at night didn’t speak English well but was helpful and sent someone up when we had a problem with the sink.
I didn't expect to find such a nice and cozy place downtown. But it is indeed a great quiet place to stay at! Penthouse cool, but kids always in the swimming pool.
Big rooms, gym, nice rooftop with pool, nice staff und great location close to the ADO bus station, the market square and lots of good restaurants. Value for money is excellent - would go there again!
