Great place for European type of stay. Hotel is located in the center. Kitchen has all necessities. Staff is great. Loved the swimming pool.
Terrible and dangerous stay. We reported the exposed live electrical wires multiple times and Rox, the receptionist did nothing. We also experienced a front desk person lying to us about the restaurant, Playita being closed because he didn't want to deliver room service. Salma was also unhelpful and did nothing to remedy or make us feel better about the situation. We asked for even a partial refund for a horrible experience and they refused. Save your time and money. Do not stay here.
Very good for a long stay in the center of Cancun and the pool is very comfortable
