This place was amazing and I highly recommend. Santos was an amazing host, very friendly and welcoming. We felt safe there. The room was very nice. The balcony was an addition plus the pool and breakfast... Highly highly recommend.
The place did not feel very safe, it is on a dark side road, no one at the reception desk and the doors are flimsy. The guy who checked us in was nice but wanted to take a picture of the booking confirmation email we showed on our phone as proof it is paid which we found odd. He told us the balcony door is propped with a piece of wood to prevent people from getting in..The room was simple, pillow horribly soft, it didn’t seem very clean. We didn’t have the breakfast as it started late at 8:30am although there were signs everywhere that we have to tip them for it. The pool didn’t look clean. There was no one at reception when we left. There was parking if you have a car. I would not stay there again.
Most terrible hotel I’ve been! Staff was rude and incompetent, refused to give drinkable water that was specifically on my reserve, after hours of traveling, internet didn’t worked and also refused to look into it, the worse of all: woke up with bed bug bites!! Small, cozy and centric location in Cancun town. You can walk to the Americas mall or take a 10 minute bus to Zona Hotelera (beachfront). Breakfast is included and all the rooms have aircon, TV and basic amenities. If you are travelling on a budget or want to experience the real Cancun and avoid being locked up in a resort the whole duration of your trip, this place is highly recommended
There is constant noise. There was a guy on the street whisteling a little bit and you could hear everything.the beds are awful. Staff is very unprofessional. It took a lottt of time to check in. They didnt find the booking first then had to call for help. I hoped to catch some sleep before my flight home but i almost didnt. Would not recommend!
