Looks more like a budget hotel but for a 75USD rate/night we paid it's a very good hotel for transit to other resorts on Riviera Maya. Very big room, clean, comfortable beds, good shower. Breakfast could be improved (limited selection in the "a la carte" menu) but not a big problem. Staff very friendly (like all over Mexico). The late check-in by Max at the reception was flawless!
Nice large room, comfortable bed, good hot water pressure, good WiFi. Very courteous staff, from front desk to housekeepers! The breakfast was good, but the restaurant's lunch/dinner menu is very limited and the food (tried a burger and a pizza) was bad. Even the lemonade was bad (sweetened with splenda or stevia or some other awful substitute). Very much recommend the hotel but stay away from the restaurant except for breakfast.
I had the worst experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend you pay a little bit extra for something more decent. The walls are very thin and you can literally hear everything in the other rooms. The hotel has a very distinct stench that just lingers throughout the halls and rooms. If you decide to open the window to your room you’ll be smacked by the smell of what appears to be sewage. The only good thing about this place was the breakfast that was included. I would highly recommend to stay elsewhere if you’re looking for a good experience. If it’s a one night thing this may be a quick spot for you.
