Awesome concept! Friendly staff; great price; cute dining area; good coffee; immaculate facilities. This is a hotel experience like no other--you must experience it at least once! The only downside for me is that the capsules aren't sound-proof, so when other people break the rules (for instance, by talking on their phones while inside the capsules), it affects your sleep. If that issue got sorted out, I would definitely stay again. But it's ideal for when you have a long layover and just need a few hours' sleep.
Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. I’m deaf person, and they had lot of patience to help me out with many questions. Breakfast is amazing good. Restroom and showers are very clean.
There are few cons:
TV has no subtitles option in settings.
Some people don’t follow rules by leaving shoes on the floor in locker room.
Location is okay.
WiFI is slow.
But overall it’s very satisfied stay.
My stay at the Yellow capsule was very great. All people there were so helpful. Luis, Miguel, the owner, and the cleaning staff are so kind and generous people. Thank you so much for everything :). The location is good with many great places, which is between downtown and the airport. It even has the movie theater on the same floor.
The only major thing this hotel is missing is the lack of extra rooms for changing and drying the clothes. There is no place to get changed (except bathrooms or showers) or leave a wet towel or swimsuit, for example, which makes it very hard. As we only have a locker box and it is not a good place for such things. Other than that, I would give it 5 stars.
The best hotel for cheap accommodation and quick transit. They responded to my many messages well before arrival. The hotel is clean and staff is very welcoming/friendly. The bathrooms are NOT coed. Lets just say I figured this out the hard way...There are very large symbols that I thought they were just art at first glance...I am kind of a doof I guess
I appreciated that the Yellow Capsule maintained everything very clean and sanitized. Their outdoor patio was a nice place to relax after a long day. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
There is a grocery store in the shopping center next door in case you forget something or want to buy some water and snacks. There are also some very delicious restaurants in the area.
I do suggest that you have your form of transportation in place before you get here as the location is far from the beaches/tourist areas.
